Gluten-Free Pizza Crusts
Rich’s Foodservice is expanding its convenience channel portfolio to include three new clean-label, 10-inch gluten-free pizza crusts: Seasoned Cauliflower and Broccoli Cheddar, which are both plant-based, and Traditional Gluten-Free, which is vegan. The crusts round out the supplier’s gluten-free portfolio, which includes par-baked crusts in 7.25- and 12-inch sizes. While ideal as pizza crusts, the varieties can also be used for sandwiches and dips. The freezer-to-oven pizza crusts have a shelf life of 270 days.
