Two new varieties join the Boulder Canyon brand line: Avocado Oil Canyon Cut potato chips cooked in 100% avocado oil with a touch of sea salt, and Olive Oil Canyon Cut chips cooked in 100% olive oil featuring sea salt and cracked pepper. Both made using monounsaturated fats, the kettle-cooked approach provides up to 30% reduction in fat from traditional continuous-cooking methods, according to the company. Suggested retail price range is $2.99 to 3.29 per 5.25-ounce and six-ounce bags, respectively.
