The site has become a go-to for retailers interested in finding new-product trends before they become, well, trends. On Monday, we unveiled the Convenience Store Products Hot 100 most-clicked products of 2016, beginning with 100-76. The sauces help augment the brand’s consolidated sauce line, which includes Sweet & Hot Mustard, Spicy New Orleans Ranch, Cajun Sweet & Sour and Original with creamy remoulade.

Cheyenne Cigars is releasing the brand’s first limited-edition style, Tropical 100’s, which was inspired and selected exclusively by its adult consumers. It was selected over strawberry and wine flavors. Tropical 100’s is a tangy, citrus-infused cigar that delivers the taste, quality and profit that is expected from the Cheyenne Cigar brand, the company says. Each cyan-colored 100’s pack houses 20 filtered cigars.

International Delight free creamer sample kit

International Delight’s variety of creamer flavors helps retailers create a coffee bar destination that offers customers total control of their coffee. The four must-have flavors—French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Hershey’s Chocolate Caramel and Half & Half—satisfy 80% of consumers who use coffee creamers. Earlier this year, the company offered a rebate and free samples, garnering a lot of attention from retailers looking to ramp up their coffee bar.

CandyRific offers seasonal items for Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Halloween and Easter that feature brand names such as Disney, M&M’s, Marvel and Star Wars.

The brand is expanding beyond the frozen-dough category and into the frozen-breakfast sector due to the growing popularity of this segment with consumers, according to the company.

VTM’s eTron 3T (True Tobacco Taste) e-liquids and e-cigarettes have been certified organic under the USDA’s National Organic Program and will carry the USDA Organic Seal. Available in American Blend and Virginia Blend flavors, both varieties are offered in full and light strengths (Red and Gold). Sold in child-resistant 15-mL glass bottles, as well as in prefilled eTron 3T disposable e-cigarettes, the organic e-liquid contains just three ingredients: organic tobacco, organic glycerin and water. The Virginia Blend is made from organic flue-cured tobacco, while the American Blend is made from a blend of organic tobaccos.

The Logic Pro starter kit includes a Pro Series vaporizer with a powerful 600mAH battery, USB charger, wall adapter and Logic Pro lanyard. The Logic Pro Advanced Vapor System is a "closed-system" vaporizer pen that uses proprietary capsules instead of e-liquids. The Logic Pro only works with prefilled, vacuum-sealed e-liquid capsules, which are featured at retail, the company said.

GasBuddy Beacons Technology

GasBuddy announces the availability of its Beacons Technology fuel comparison app—with more than 52 million downloads—that enables operators to deliver personalized messages, offers and location-specific coupons to the mobile devices of GasBuddy’s user base when they are in range. Additionally, they can increase pump-to-store traffic with hyper-local communication direct to consumers. Initial trials have been positive, and trial partners have seen as much as 83% increases with in-store traffic, according to the company.

51: Wrigley Marvel in-store promotion

Wrigley Marvel in-store promotion

Wrigley’s latest in-store promotion in partnership with Marvel featured an “Original vs. Sours” question that encouraged consumers to choose sides with Iron Man or Captain America before they faced off in Marvel’s “Captain America: Civil War,” which opened in theaters on May 6. The program ran through July 31. It featured cross-brand portfolio activation with both gum and confections and included Original and Sour flavor varieties across several brands, including Skittles, Starburst, Juicy Fruit, Orbit and Eclipse. It was also supported with a 360-activation consisting of advertising, social media, unique displays, shopper marketing support and a custom microsite.
