Broaster has launched its Rock County Smokehouse program, a turnkey solution for operators who want to quickly and conveniently serve freshly smoked barbecue. The program includes everything from the equipment and advertising to sauces and rubs. Real wood is used to smoke the meats, such as ribs, chicken, pulled pork or brisket, and the Smokaroma pressure smoker cooks and browns meat to the proper temperature.
