The gluten-free brews include: Crisp Apple (5.0% alcohol by volume), offering a refreshing fruit-forward mouthfeel; Apple Ginger (5.0% ABV), made with fresh Nigerian ginger and apple flavors; and Traditional Dry (5.5% ABV), formulated to offer a bittersweet and slightly spicy mouthfeel. A lengthy fermentation process includes wood aging for optimal complexity and balance.
