Naked Juice Co. is launching its new Fruit, Nut & Veggie Bars this month. The new products will be available in the refrigerated section at retailers nationwide by the end of February, the company said. This marks the first time the company is releasing a nonbeverage product in its 35-year history.

The 1.41-ounce, chilled snack bars come in three flavors: Blue Machine (carrots, quinoa, almonds and berries), Green Machine (apples, kale and pistachios) and Red Machine (spinach, almonds, cherries and cranberries). Sticking by its mission to provide “only the best ingredients,” Naked’s snack bars are made with real fruits and vegetables, have no preservatives, are Non-GMO Project verified, and contain vitamins A, C, E and iron. The bars will come in single-serve packs for $2.29 each and multipacks for $7.99.

"As experts in fruits and vegetables, I'm thrilled we are bringing the convenience, nutrition and taste we are known for at Naked into the chilled bars space," said Becca Kerr, senior vice president for the company's North America nutrition fruit and vegetable portfolio. "Since it's not always convenient to fit fruits and vegetables into your daily routine, we're expanding our lineup, continuing to provide consumers with yet another option to make sure they are getting their daily dose of goodness."

Monrovia, Calif.-based Naked Juice Co. manufacturers a variety of fruit and veggie-based products. Founded in 1983, the company was purchased by PepsiCo in 2006. Besides the new Fruit, Nut and Veggie Bars, Naked’s products include its Naked Smoothies, Cold Pressed Juices, Boosted Smoothies, Protein Smoothies, Almond Milk and Coconut Water.
